Look at the forum and see if there are any reports from guides on Texoma. The fishing has been really tough there. If you decide to go, you can't beat Chris Carey for a guide.

Donald Riser, uses lures instead of live bait. He will put on the fish over any other guide in my experience. 972-569-7990
I will add that the last time I went out I talked to Striper Express and was really impressed with the owner. I did not end up fishing with them but have heard great things...
