Taking a trip this weekend to camp at Fairfield and was wondering if anyone had any tips on catching drum?

I haven't been out there in a while but I had good luck with shrimp. If you could net some shad, I bet that would be even better. Find a wind blown point if you can. They seemed to show up even on non windy points though so may not be critical. It never hurts to hedge your bets. May have to be patient. I don't know how large the population is anymore. Let us know how you do.

I sure do miss Fairfield.
It was by far one of the funest lakes to fish...
