anyone using these? if so, any success? what areas do you throw them in?

Buddies use them around grass and any shallow cover I think water clairty is key and also working them slow. If the water doesn't have at least 2ft visability I wouldn't use them. Clearer water gives Swimbaits and large top waters much more drawing power since the big ones can see it from a ways away

I have thrown it. It has great action and sounds even better in action but it's not the next great lure or anything like that. It's just another top water/wake bait. I have caught one small bass on it. Question is...Are you willing to spend that much money on one that may or may not out fish another top water/wake bait on that particular day?

IMO its a great big fish bait and frankly just seems fun to fish. i think you are mainly paying for a bait that is just different and can produce big fish when other topwaters might not be able to draw such a big bit. They really are not very expensive

I know of several people using them with great success. They do work.
