+1. Went by there on a Saturday afternoon, recently. Forgot to plug the boat in when I put it up for hunting season. Three dead trolling motor batteries. Jesse and crew removed and replaced all three batteries in 30 minutes, at an excellent price. While there, they noticed that the plastic housings the stakes fit into on my PP blades were cracked. They said it was a known problem from PP's manufacturer. J&J ordered the new housings (PP sent new stakes), too. The next Thursday J&J called and said bring the boat by and we will replace the stakes for you. I also wanted annual maintenance on my SHO and they said, "no problem". Did it all in a couple hours and had me back on the water that afternoon. That's excellent customer service!

I've used Diamond Sports, Service Marine and J&J for various boat ailments while at the lake, over the years. All have been great to work with, fair on price and provided excellent, fast service. We're pretty lucky to have such good shops around the lake.

I once did a small favor for Jesse not wanting anything in return, my next tune up and impeller change service was on the house.

Thanks for the info. Sometimes when in Texas with out of state tags I wonder what would I do?? My stuff breaks too. Will write it down and keep in rig if needed.

Few years back I blew a hub, which destroyed my rim and tire. (Long story that I'm at fault for, not paying attention) on my old single axle trailer on first day of a 3 day trip. Called them up explained the situation and I understood if I was out of a boat for the days. They told me to come up there right then. Showed up and boat was fixed in less than 30 min. New hub, new rim and new tire. Amazing service.

they recently did a major repair on my engine. Any local marina could have done the same job for probably the same price.
But J & J did it ON TIME AS PROMISED and everything is running great.

Thanks guys and girl.
