I don't use them a lot, but have done well on them. Even caught a 17" crappie on one during the day. I think day is fine, I took these pictures glowing by just sticking them under the desk and didn't turn off over had light. I love night fishing, but have not been in 2 years and I should have used these a lot more than I have. I really want to try them more I. Summer, but again I have not fished the last couple summers either.

These I made for a guy and it's the 3rd year is a row now so somethings happening?

Great work, Skip.

I don't use these much but have a yearly request for them (32nds and 16ths):

I also can't seem to figure out how to capture the glow on camera. Mine are super bright, just doesn't seem like it in the pictures.

Good looking jigs, sir.

Jerry I have never found any chenille or materials to just tie with that are as bright and tough as these. You can wear the tail off and the body will still be good to go! This is very different than normal type glow jigs. I have been making these for well over 10 years, close to 12 years and only way anyone ever figured out what I was doing is when I posted it!

Actually I have to let them sit for a few second before I take a picture because they are too bright!

I guarantee these are as bright as it can get with what's available, but it's not just a tie!

Oh and almost forgot these glow for hours!
