Arlington is home to a lot of big bass! Nice catch on the homemade jig!

Good fish man! I hear they're stocking Arlington the next couple of years. Hopefully the fingerlings added back to the lake help it get back to how it used to be. I hear that lake used to be a hotspot, but it's so pressured now that it's really dropped off.

The water level used to be fairly stable when it was a cooling pond for the generation plant. Warm water and some vegetation went a long way back then.. It didn't get beat up back then either, kind of a nice little secret, I don't remember if the stocked florida's in there or not, I believe they did, there was some monster bass being caught..

Beautiful light colored muddy water fish. Good job on the custom jig. Thanks for sharing. That's what I was thinking as well, if not for her tail, she looks like a newcomer to the shallows. ..

I talked to the park guys when I launched and they said this April, along with next April, they are stocking some Florida Largemouth in the Lake.
