Looks like we might be getting some sort of up to date mapping soon

Was out there yesterday and there's was this giant boat driving back and forth across the lake

When it got close enough it had Garmin on the side of it in big bold letters

If garmin is surveying it will be part of the ultra hd mapping upgrade on only available for garmin units. Good thing that's what I'm running, the upgraded map is awesome on ray roberts and texoma.

Seems like Garmin is slowly becoming more and more popular. Seeing more and more guides as well as pros running garmins.

My HB Onix makes real time contour maps as I idle around! I'm addicted to mapping my favor spots to see how different the real contours are against Lakemaster or Navionics charts!

I have an old map of Squaw Creek. On the other side is Braunig. Probably 30 years or so old. Maybe 40, don't know. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
