What's your thoughts on purchasing a boat that's 17 years old with zero hours on the boat? I need to know the pros and cons. What do I need to get checked and what are my main concerns?

Thanks

Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right

Coach. Do not try to start this engine until it has been checked out by a certified tech. The fuel system, including pumps, lines. primer etc all need to be checked and replaced as necessary. Water pump is shot. Clean the gas and oil tanks. A good wrench will know everything that needs done to it. The rings may or may not be stuck, but they should free up. I would not be afraid of the rig after it is gone thru. Good luck
