Can you get anywhere near Lake Grapevine to drop a yak in that anyone knows of?

Try Rockledge Park near the damn on the NE corner, McPherson Slough off catfish lane should have access.

Yes.

I was there a few weeks ago and put in near the Katie's Woods high water ramp. The boat ramp was open at the time but I didn't use it. I parked in a small parking lot for the picnic area near the ramp and did a short walk down to the water to launch.

I haven't fished there in a while, but I hear a lot of chatter.

Reports have been pretty "meh" concerning Grapevine recently.

When I was there about 2 weeks ago it was slow. I managed 1 small LM in the cove near Katie's Woods. I did mark a lot of fish in the flooded cover. I suspect it should have improved since then.

Has anyone been down White Chapel Rd and checked out that shoreline? I know the water was up practically to the parking lot at one point last year. Looks like the water level is down below 6'+ which is way more manageable than 20'+.

Thinking about trying it out tomorrow morning for catfish. I cant make up my mind on where to go.
