What is the best ramp to put in at on Ray Hubbard? I will be coming from the Arlington area.

I've only used two... free one at Dalrock & Chandlers.

The free ramp has monster potholes to maneuver & though I've never experienced it, some claim a problem with break-ins and theft.

Chandlers ramp is in good condition and protected from the wind, but will burn a Jackson on the weekends.

Chandlers is $20 bucks. Way too much for launching. Hwy 66 ramp in Rockwall is okay. The ramp at Dal-Rock launch at your own risk and same for the one at Chaha.

Best advice, keep driving east and fish those lakes or fish Lavon

I use the ramp at Robertson park beside the Marina. Never had any issues.

I would use Chandlers. It is costly but worth it on that lake. I would fish that lake a lot more if they had decent ramps.

Our Open tournament is launching from Chandlers on Saturday. If you want to fish the Open, Chandlers is letting participants launch for 10 bucks. The ramp will be busy Saturday morning and again after 3:00 for weigh in. Just a heads up so you don't get caught up in traffic.

Yes there is a dock. Use the ramp to the north side of the dock. It's not as steep as the other side.

Anybody ever use the Terry park ramp in heath? I'm in forney and just found it on Google maps. From satellite pics it looks like a pretty nice ramp. Thanks for the info.

Yes. Used it a couple years ago. Only accessible when water is fairly level. Not much use after the lake is 3-4ft low. Ramp is really nice with a dock on it. Not anywhere to beach if by yourself though. Bring a rope to tie to the dock. I really like the ramp, not many people know about it much less use it.
