You can start signing up for the second crappie tournament of the East Texas Crappie Series on Lake Palestine ON March 26, 2016 now! Last day to sign up is March 25, 2016.

Sign up locations are Creekside Sports or Nautical Mile Marine.

The tournament rules and TPWD rules and regulations will be upheld. You can find these rules and the sign up forms at NauticalMileMarine.com under the tournament tab or at Creekside Sports in Chandler, TX on Hwy 31 WEST and Nautical Mile Marine in Flint, TX on HWY 155.

Weigh in will be held at the Villages Marine.

A.J.Matura & Mrs. 1st with 12.5 (I think) A.J. Had the big fish too that went 2.5. Standridge/Gaby took 2nd with 12.3 (I think) and I just can't remember who took 3rd but they had a 10+ pound bag. There were 13 teams which ain't bad for Easter weekend. The tournament series is shaping up to be a great event with some sponsors that are raising the prize level not only in $ but in places paid (of course still based on # of entries). Through Nautical Marine's sponsorship, both Skeeter & G3 have sanctioned the tournaments so if a team is fishing out of one of their boats, there will be additional prize monies for certain placing's. Be sure to sign up for the April tournament to be held on the 16th.

Correction: Standridge/Gaby weighed in a whopping 7.6 lbs and finished well back in the pack. A J and Carolyn had 12.9. Second place was 12.5 I believe. Third was 11+. 13 teams entered. I was hoping Creekside Sports would have the results up by now.
