I've got quite a few Ardent reels that I am going to be selling off and replacing with Ardent's latest reels. I just feel like getting a fresh batch. We'll start with just these 4 though. Any defects with these reels are just on the surface, and they should all be in good working condition. I will detail any minor defects in the descriptions below. All of these reels are only about 2 years old (give or take a few months). I am located in Austin. I am willing to ship them, but the buyer will pay the full cost of shipping.

Ardent F700 - Denny Brauer Signature Series Flip-N-Pitch Reel: (6.3:1 gear ratio) This is actually a freakin' sweet reel IMO. It is designed to do one thing and one thing only... Flip-N-Pitch... but it is spectacular at it. Denny likes to use it for any kind of short range flippin' and pitchin', but personally, I only like it specifically for pitching into very heavy cover. Things like punching grass mats and flipping reeds. I bought this reel just as we started seeing the decline of all of the grass and reeds in Lake Austin, unfortunately, so this reel has honestly seen very little use since I bought it. Maybe only seriously used like half a dozen times. My favorite thing about this reel is how well it winches big fish out of heavy cover very quick. Do a little Googling if you want to find out more of the features of this reel. Retail price seems to be somewhere between $170-190. I am asking for $85.

Ardent Apex Elite: SOLD.

Evercast Horizon Fishoflage reel (2 reels): (7.0:1) These are one of Ardent's more "economically priced" reels, so obviously they are not the cream of the crop. However, I have caught a ton of fish with these reels, including my personal best, 12.5 pounder. So they do work and can handle big fish! Sometimes my clients during guided trips struggle with these reels backlashing more often than my nicer Apex reels, however, I personally don't have that problem with them at all. If you are experienced with using a baitcaster, these reels are not a problem at all. I think they retail somewhere around $70, so I am asking for $35 for each.

Just let me know if you're interested in any of them.

The Fishoflage reels and the DB flip reel are all still for sale! Have had several people contact me about them, but nobody has actually gotten serious about paying for them or picking them up yet.
