need a couple micro eyes but on a baitcast rod, whats the average cost per eye to expect to pay? Trying to decide if its just worth breaking down and buying some materials/tools to do it myself.

It is easy. You can do it with a book and a weight. My rig is in the attic. Easier to use the book for just two eyes. What's a micro eye? Got pic?

I think the shop here charges around $14 per guide.

If you have not gotten your rod repaired yet, I charge $10.00 per guide and have micro guides in stock and located in Weatherford.

Give me a call if I can help. We could meet a Navajo's just off 820, don't mind driving to FW.
