Fellas

For years I have had a really sweet boat storage gig just down the street.....that is now all coming to an end.

I am looking for a safe and affordable place to keep my boat inside LBJ

another thought is, if I found a handful of guys like me, we could take down some flex or industrial space. I am a real estate broker who could find us something. I have run the traps on this, and it really doesn't make scene unless you can get 3 or 4 guys and chop the cost.

thanks

I looked and couldn't find anything but outdoor storage

I would love to find something closer and more convenient than Lewisville

I pay $85/month Southlake / Grapevine lake. No power though.

I live inside LBJ in Dallas and would pay more for something more convenient with power.
