Fished Cedar Creek last Friday with a buddy that builds some great rods. Been fishing with them ever since I first used one. We found fish on docks not in great numbers and not actually spawning in 7-15'. Color didn't seem to matter but we had white/chart and black/chart rocky tops on. Water was very muddy in places but we went and found some clearer water and then found some fish. Caught at around 25 with 15 decent keepers. Was a fun day and can't wait to go back in a couple of weeks when the fish are further along. I shot a video for the trip and I hope you all enjoy it. If anyone in the Dallas area needs some great custom crappie rods or needs some rods repaired then give Joey a shout.
