Linked up wit my bros Jimmy Bass n C-Bass to pull in a few backwater keepers. Mf's fought good too. Our first week back out on our home waters n it was producing. They're killin any action bait we throw (Spinnerbaits, Buzzbaits, Crankbaits, Jerkbaits etc...) Nice to get out n catch some wit my Dawgs.

One of the bass bros here, Jimmy Stewart a.k.a Jimmy Bass. I'm the one in the hat. First day I was throwing a watermelon crawfish rig and kept getting buck hits. Almost got the momma bass out the water but she got off the hook that day. Next day threw a black and blue spinner and she hit and I wasn't gunna miss her that time. Then Kenny goes back where I was gettin buck hits and got the real momma on (first pic). All last week was a good week for the bass bros and once we get our chest gopros, we will probably be setting up weekly videos.

Nice fish! I would definitely watch a video of this group fishing.

I have a professional DSLR but we don't have anyone to film. We don't want to have to set up a tripod and move every five seconds.

A dslr on my head would make me top heavy for sure. We are investing in some gopros soon and will also use the tripod and canon T5 to make some sweet videos. If y'all wanna check out some of my photography as well you can check @michaelswirvin on insta to get a sample of what's to come. There's no fishing pictures on there yet but I do have some sweet long exposures of running water and such. Thanks about the fish. We've left them alone for a few years and they've definitely gained some weight that's for sure

This week in Bass Bros, you could say it was a very challenging week.Kenny Bass and I practiced all week for the Bass Grabbers team trail, but due to work we couldn't make it out to White Rock on any of the days for a little practice and finding some key spots. We went in blind and Kenny came in clutch with the only catch for our team. His brother caught two, C-Bass skunked as well as I. Yet they didnt take rules and regulation photos and ended up not getting on the boards. Other than that it was a whole bunch of fishing at the local fishing hole and I caught my biggest out of that creek at around 3-3.5 lbs. She was 19 and 1/4 inches. I also got to meet up with Rudy at Bachman to witness the great big bachman bass. I also walked a friend of mine through catching a mama on her bed in the creek. He kept feeling smacks and thought it was a blue gil or something and i told him it had to either be a buck or the mama swatting his jig off her bed. I told him to just keep repeating what he did and he did, but then he had a off cast and cranked a football head jig with watermelon crawfish really hard back and she hit it about 2-4 feet from the bank. She had, had enough of that crawfish! Before catching the four bass (wearing Lets Bern hoodie and red bass pro shops hat) I had been skunked since wednesday, So it felt real nice to finally hook some lips.
