 Lowrance structure scan & 2D ???

I have a Gen 2 Touch 12...unit is stopping while trying to scan & then will start scanning again..does the same on 2D..voltage shows 13.2....unit is less than a year old...it is not direct wired...has started doing this the last couple of trips

If you have the 5.0 version software in your unit, I would consider going back to an earlier version. This is a pretty common issue with the 5.0. ftp://software.lowrance.com/

I don't think it was s 5.0...Last update was the spring break of 2015, 5.0 was released in Dec 015...Slade updated my unit in the late spring. Will check unit for last update...thanks

Drop your ping speed down to 18-19 if it's set to max, seems to have helped a few people.
