Id be willing to bet he will be at the Mega Bass, but laws recently changed and any theft under $100 dollars is a class "c" ticket.., still can go to jail obviously, but it's no longer a class "b" crime as it was a year ago because 50 - 500 was a class "b", now it's 100 - 750 is a class "b" charge. They change these laws due to over population, which I personally think is [censored] because thieves know the laws and know how keep a charge in a minimal category. More than likely though he has previous theft charges that will make this theft a class "a" though.

I see multiple items in his hands and none look like a cinnamon roll. Did he put those items back or take them without paying as well? Do you actually have video of him putting the bait in his pocket, none of the pictures show that he did that? Just curious since you accused him of being a theif on a public forum then I think you should post pictures of proof otherwise he could go after you for defamation of character. Not saying he did or didn't steal your bait, I just don't see any proof. Really? What are you the scum bags lawyer?

Is it common for a store to have 100 dollar baits so easily accessible for some idiot to just grab and go with it? Should be locked up in a glass cabinet. Someone look this guy up, he's probably the one who stole the bait. Why do the trolls pick a thread like this to come out. There are at least 5 posts already that are just ridiculous.

I hope you catch him. You need to post the arrest pictures of your shoplifters outside your store. It would make thieves think twice before entering your store.
You have very good video equipment. It produces nice clear pictures. Someone will identify him.

I've been a victim of theft and there is a dark special place for thieves... That being said this, seems like much to do over nothing. Every business in America falls victim to shrink. Hope they catch the guy
