This line does not appear to be translucent to me. Maybe I am wrong but looks like Spider wire with the color worn of of it. Would like to hear from other users about this product. Could only find one comment on Tackle Warehouse.

Anything with the spiderwire name on it is garbage as far as I'm concerned. I've never gone back and purchased a second spool of ANY line of theirs I've tried.

There's a reason all of their line is cheaper than the competitors - it's trash.

I've tried it,..little overpriced for me,..my wife liked it on spinning reel. Seemed to fray too easy.
PowerPro is hard to beat, and less expensive.

Love Power Pro. The new slick is even better.

Personally I have never trusted the "invisible" braids.

The best possible scenario is to use a fluorocarbon leader with a standard braid of your choice. It requires more work and practice, but it is an extremely effective combination.

I tried it once and it was pure junk - kept breaking very easily.
