It will depend on which model or brand you're fishing. Most likely you will have to find out yourself via trial and error. They all tolerate slightly different weights and speed to stay true. I will say start as light as you can while reeling just fast enough to kick the tail, then go up from their to get action desired while keeping the bait running true.
