Headed there for 3 days of camping and fishing. How is the bite and what is the pattern? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The bite has been good. Fish crank baits and swimming flukes around grass. Flip the reeds.

I second Rayzor advice. You can go up the discharge but if the current is weak and you don't graph fish going in I don't stay very long. While I haven't tried but save some energy to fish late afternoons I here that is the best time. Fayette County is nearby if needed.
