How has the fishing been? Thinking about driving down from ft worth this weekend and bringing my dad and brother. Any help would be great.

I was there March 4, 5, and 6. They were running one stack. Fishing was slow for me.

I know it was fishing well before the rains. Was out there this past weekend, and it was significantly tougher. The water had gone up a foot and a half, then I think they dropped it two feet anticipating more rain. All that level change made it muddy and the fish just didn't bite like they had been. If it settles, maybe they pick back up again.

Did not run today but water temp is 68-70 and fish were scattered with some on the beds. Caught about 20 fish today with some good fish in the mix. TXU also sprayed today. Not TP&W. Had two boats running the banks. Hope it does not kill any fish.
