 Float switch help

My float switch will not turn my bilge pump on. The pump will turn on manually with the switch on the console. I replaced the float switch and I'm getting the same results.
Any ideas?

If all you did was change the float switch and you didn't wire anything differently you have a bad switch. The auto side of it is bad. The float switch is in the 12V line.

I replaced the switch on the console and I'm still getting nothing. Any thoughts?
