I called because I broke the plastic piece on the back of my Xi5 remote where the lanyard attaches. I wanted to get another housing for the remote, but they don't stock that part. I was never put on hold and Blake at MG asked for my address and said that a brand new $150 remote would be mailed out today at no cost. The entire phone call was under 4 minutes. It's a welcome change from most companies that put you on terminal hold and you are lucky to speak with human being that speaks good english.

I just bought an XI5 - no remote in the box. I called MG 2PM on a Thursday it came in the mail the next Monday. Also, filled out my rebate on line and got my check in less than a week. smile

I'm pretty impressed by them. Did you purchase a Pinpoint Gateway for your yet? I have an extra that I know I can beat anyone else's prices on.

I'm glad to hear this! Mine broke as well and I was debating on whether it would be easier to call the dealer or call MG.
