So the sandies I have been catching definitely have eggs, but I have not seen the males squirting their milt. So the question is, have they started spawning, done, or just getting ready to go? What is the opinion from you area fishermen?
With it being 88 degrees today, shouldn't be too much longer for everything to turn on. The ponds by my house, the largemouth are up at the banks looking for spawn spots.

I've seen them squirting their milt. Maybe you just didn't get them excited enough.
