Toledo Bend put up quite a few challenges this past weekend but when all was said and done it was a great trip on a great lake and some really great fish and bags of fish were weighed in at this two day tournament. Randy Kvapil won his second tournament in a row with 10 fish weighing 32.38 lbs along with big bass of 10.24 lbs. What a beautiful fat fish that one was. 2nd - Chad Petrie 10 fish 28.96 lbs 3rd - Mike Hughs 7 fish 23.51 lbs 4th - Coy Frazier 8 fish 21.99 lbs 5th - Dan Phifer 10 fish 21.44 lbs 6th - Tommy Yates 7 fish 18.45 lbs
Richie Slack had big bass on day 1 of 6.45 lbs
Next tournament will be April 24th on Cypress Springs

There is nothing like getting away to Toledo Bend or Sam Rayburn. The lakes are so massive but there is just so much to fish. It may not be a big deal to some but also the wildlife and birds everywhere are great. Watched a bald eagle at it's nest also. Toledo was just a relaxed peaceful lake to fish even with some weather to deal with.
