And that's despite the fact that they are holding so much water in Pines, which is now 13 feet above normal.

And the looters r hitting around the lake I'm told. Also saying Caddo should go down quick but will b above normal cause of Pines releasing water once they get the OK. Pines is designed to b a big holding tank for east Texas and doing its job to help others down stream.
