Headed to fork in the rain. I saw the lake level was coming down. Anybody know how them girls are biting?

Got 3 bites in 2 hours today. All shallow. Only got one fish in the boat, but she was 6 lbs, 7 oz and healthy.

First time I got to fish there in awhile. Beautiful afternoon to be on the water.

Fishing has been great on fork last two days. Fish shallow and in the grass. Caught a lot on baby brush hogs.

Caught 12 on Thursday super shallow. All fish caught on secondary points next to deeper water on watermelon brush hog type bait with tails dyed Chartreuse. Only 2 slots rest were unders. Also, saw some cruisers on the bank in the dirty water.

After a 8 hour day fishing shallow and in grass I'm wore out from wishing I'd catch a fish.

They are biting rain or shine. I was lucky enough to have my sidekick with me to help net this one this week.

My son & I fished from 6am--3pm & he got one fish late at 2pm. we fished shallow to very shallow in grass back in the coves, secondary points, main points. The water was not as dirty as I expected but the fish sure did not bite........for us anyway.
something about Fork though, we are going back this morning to see if we can get them to bite for us.
