Heading to Purtis Creek on Sunday for 3 or 4 days of camping and fishing. I heard the lake was really full, any advice?

I haven't been there in a long time but I love that lake. White grub with chart tail always worked for me there for some reason. Maybe throw it if nothing else is workin'. Have fun bud.

It's been a couple f years since I've been as well, but did ok on a jig and bobber set up at the edge of vegetation and stumps. I was trying for crappie but kept getting lmb's. I heard when the crappie start moving shallow, people have good luck at the dock. The shallow stumps by the primitive camping area could be worth a look for shallow crappie.

The lake is very full and the water is muddy. Water is close to the road. Boat ramp and everything on the east side is closed.
