Well it is tournament time in central Texas again and we are looking forward to another great event. I have already contacted at least 1 person from every team that has previously fished a tournament with us, and several others that have expressed intrest. Here is information for anyone that I may not have contacted.

Meeting and registration will be at Sol De Jaliscos in Morgans Point at 6:30 Friday night.

If you cannot make the meeting please let me know. You will be able to register Saturday morning at Liberty Mart gas station, which is located just before you get to Temple Lake park. We will be there at 5:45 Saturday morning for registrations.

Boat inspections will start at 6:00 am Saturday morning at Temple Lake Park.

Fishing will be from 6:45-3. Must be in weigh in line by 4:00.

Anyone fishing from a boat brand that Marineland Boating Center sells is elidgible for a special prize. Sea Ark, Alumacraft, or Nautic Start boats, and Yamaha outboard owners listen up. Any eligible team winning a cash prize from CTCT at the Belton tournament will have that prize amount matched by Marineland Boating Center.

Don't miss this tournament, we are looking forward to seeing everyone at our best event yet!

Another great tournament is in the books. We had 41 anglers on 17 teams competing on Lake Belton yesterday while also picking up 15 new members. A lot of eater size blues and channels were caught but the bigger fish were hard to be found. First place and big fish went to Jason "Spud" Barton with a total weight of 68.66 with a monster 57.44 lb flathead. Spud took home over $1400 in cash yesterday and has another check on the way for that same amount for running a Yamaha Outboard. 2nd place went to the team of Mike Padgett and Kevin Gillis with a total weight of 29.88. These guys took home $360 in cash, and will have 2 checks coming from Marineland Boating Center, one for fishing out of a Sea Ark Boat, and another for running a Yamaha Outboard. 3rd place want to Mike Wilcox and James Tucker with 26.86 taking home $160. I'd like to thank everyone who came out and participated yesterday in our biggest tournament yet. This great payout was made possible by the awesome people at Marineland Boating Center in Waco Texas. Be sure to give them a visit for all your boating needs!!

Wow, looks like a lot of nice fish. We had a great time there 2 weeks ago and caught some fish. I will be going back very soon. Those big fish numbers are impressive.
