Fished for anything that would bite, couldnt find whites on humps, couldnt find crappie in shallows, trolling motor broke so no bass. Finally found the white bass way in the back of hog creek, and found crappie under my dock. 15 ft od water caught 51, 49 on minnows 2 on jig. They wouldnt touch the jig, i tried 5 colors. Released them to go spawn, cleaned 1 full of eggs but they have not moved shallow yet.

I'm from Brownwood and currently live in the Midland area. Which part of the lake are you fishing? I have a place in the Featherbay area. Was slow 2 weeks ago for me as well. I should be there this weekend and next. PM me if you're in the area again soon.
