Rain always brings the cats! Bite was fantastic after the rain yesterday...on Secret 7 and chicken soaked in Dead Red. Look for creeks with moderate moving water. Landed 9 good sized fish (20-28 inches, 3-5 pounds)...kept 2 for dinner! Parks and Wildlife gill-net survey from last week showed channel cats in the 7 pound range...going out today to try to catch one!
