Despite the howling SE wind, we managed a full box. And, got to see something I've only seen one other time down here. we thought it was bait jumping when we got out of the boat, turned out to be literally 100's of trout breaching, chasing glass minnows. there was a lot of small trout but occasionally you'd see a 4-5# trout breach. although no big fish were caught, we were definitely in the right area. it was kind of like sight casting to reds, after a trout would breach you could throw to the swirl and hook up. this went on for a hour and a half. Awesome stuff!
