I have a spinning setup already but looking to upgrade. Don't want anything too expensive maybe under 200 for a combo. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Falcon Bucoo I definitely think you should look at these rods. For the price, I think they're the best rods on the market. Period. They're super lightweight, very sensitive, and they're balanced very well. These are great rods for the money. Lews Tournament Metal Spinning Reel And I recommend you try this spinning reel. I think it'll match a Falcon Bucoo perfectly. These reels were new for 2015 and they exploded on the market. They have everything you'll ever need in a spinning reel and then some. Very smooth drag and retrieve, and very durable and powerful for fighting fish. It's a great reel for the money.

I wouldn't look at anything other than shimano spinning reels, you don't have to spend too much. Shimano symmetre's (sp) work great.
look for a 7' M power fast action rod - shimano makes some good choices for that also.

I really like my Pfluger and Abu Garcia reels. Not expensive. But I have never used a really expensive reel.

Shimano Sahara 2500 size reel, Shimano Compre 6'8" medium spinning rod. $180 total. Good quality, will last a long time.
In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.
