I put the wrong week, we are heading out Friday the 18th to Lake Arrowhead State Park. Man the time is dragging by so slow! As always the rules are if we don't catch fish we don't eat! Can not wait!

AHHH YES, the RULE...I remember the RULE...folks, all I can tell you is that his kiddos, will work their tails off to CATCH fish..., the hungrier they get the Harder they fish...cause those kids enjoy their meals!...and he doesn't ALLOW any CHEATING either...they got to CATCH them..LOL. Talk about bringing up kids the right way...they all take off to a fishing location and he sends them on their way, hunting the fish (within earshot, of course)...I asked one of them once...would you like to put this fish on your stringer...NOPE, couldn't eat it anyway, came the answer...it was about 2pm and none of the kids had caught a fish and were busy talking about how hungry they were...Needless to say, I was IMPRESSED! Those kids look forward to going fishing! Wish I had thought of that...

The good news is that ole LF25, using Laners HIGH NOON can usually land enough for supper, at least...and generally more than enough for supper, and breakfast/lunch the next morning.

crapicat they are ready to go for sure! They have been asking about the trip all year! I almost was not going to take my son's duds this year! The Jeremy told me how disappointed they were! Well they are coming along too
