Good Morning All,
Was curious if anyone thinks there will be a sand bass run on lake Benbrook this year. I live nearby and have heard past years were great, but I know it's been so low the last few years and I know they don't live that long. The creeks I know about are Bear, Mustang and Rocky. There is also the Trinity. Was just curious if any are better than the others? Much appreciated if anyone has any advice. Thanks!

I've heard the sandbass fishing is good near Whiskey Flats. Check Google maps to find access areas . Good Luck

The clear fork of the trinity of hwy 377 (whiskey flats) is good when you time it usually after a good rain, just watch for all the cars and trucks underneath the bridge(they will tell you they are there). Also the creek off of old granbury road(Richardson slough) produces when they are pumplng water from cedar creek into benbrook.Bear creek can be good to,depending on current inflow.
