Never got to fish Toledo Bend but thinking about making the 8 hr drive. Who would you guys recommend as a guide. I do fish and know that you don't always catch them. Just looking for a guide that people enjoy fishing with, knowledgeable, good personality and just a joy to fish with. Thanks in advance for any info!

Seems a lot of guys like Darold Gleason (spelling?), he was on a honey hole episode and you could tell he was very knowledgeable about the lake. Oh and he won a FOM tournament out there recently with a 30lb sack i beleive. Im sure there our plenty of good guides out there, he would just be my first call

Fished with Darold last week, outstanding guy.
And yes he and his wife had 34.8 Saturday, she must be the one who carried them!!
