we fished creeks, shallow flats, creeks close to shallow flats, brushpiles in 6-20 feet, standing cedars from 4-15 feet........
water was 55-65 degrees depending on where we were at on the lake.

makes me go hmmmmmmmmm

Does that entire lake still look like a brushpile?? I remember sitting in the boat blind breaking green willows over top of us in 11' of water several years ago.

not quite that bad now. those willows are not green anymore.
still LOTS of shoreline cover for the fish to get lost in.

I found the same thing yesterday. Fished creeks and the wall nothing. I couldn't even get the hybrids to bite. I'm starting to think it's the water clarity.... Or late of clarity.

Hopefully it will turn around there, both it and Big Creek have got to get better sooner than later. I swore off minnows years ago, but I'm getting close
