The local forecast for the Bass Masters Classic today calls for
20 - 30 mph sustained winds with gust to 40 mph.
this all starts around 10 this morning

A-Mart was pretty excited on stage about the change in weather that was coming! Gonna be some shakeups in the leaderboard I bet! Can't wait to watch it !

I grew up fishing Grand Lake. 30mph wind and a few spots on Grand are down right treacherous..

Did you guys see the air those guys were getting heading in to weigh in? Crazy I would definitely need some fresh underwear after that ride!

Haha. Been there and done it. Underwear needed, along with a chiropractor and some Advil. Last year on Ross Barnett, it was 30moh constant with much higher gusts. And pouring rain. In a BassCat at full throttle. If I wasn't already soaked, I would have been from the ride to weigh in. Scary stuff. Because you know that if you don't get back in time, all was for not! And we only had about 30-40 seconds left when we tossed them our "boat float".
