The last couple of days started out slow in the mornings for me. The water temp started out at 57 and went up to 64-65 just depends where you are at. I was seeing a few cruisers this week and today at 11am I started seeing them locked on. We had about 15 on a half-day trip in the morning with a little bed fishing later in the afternoon.

I went back out with my great friend and sponsor Rob and caught 8 more off beds.

If I was coming out to Lake Fork in the next couple of days I would be crusing shallow and fishing with a weightless fluke.

E

The first bed fish!

Good looking fish. Glad to see their moving in shallow... It's time to hit the water.

Strictly sight fishing today. My 14 year old client David did an incredible job. Best 5 went around 25 pounds.

Thanks Ken

I will be working on a more detailed report soon but with these fish locking on and the baby coming ANY day it's been crazy. I hope the information can help a few catch some this week.

All I have been doing is cruising the banks throwing weightless flukes and searching for bed fish. It's been a little difficult to see the fish but just keep searching and fishing until you do. This young man had a fantastic morning catching his personal best 7+ on a Pit Boss off a bed. We caught 10 fish in about 3 hr. Heck of a father son morning on Lake Fork.
