Went up to the river yesterday to bass fish. There were a lot of crappie fisherman up there. I had talked to all of them, no one got a bite. water temp was 60 degrees by 11am, what gives?

ya it was flowing, but there was no current in pilot, still nothing

Still a bit early. With all the rain next week I would push them moving up back another week or so.
