Stuck in Brownwood on the weekends for work. Anyone having any luck with the sandies or crappie shallow or in the creeks yet? I work for the hideout golf club and resort and can always throw in some free golf if anyone can help me out! Thanks!!!

I'm from Brownwood as well. Went last weekend (19-20) it was cold, windy and the fish were slow. Went up the Bayou to see if the crappie had moved in yet, and no luck. Just some whites. Found a few crappie on brush piles in deeper water holding around 15-18ft. Going to try it this weekend (Easter). By the way, you may know my dad who works there as well. Richard?
