Pricey.
What effects does that (? glob of weld ?) have on lure action and the fishes' vision?
How will it help ME catch more fish? My happy day & success criteria: Any time fishing at the lake is enjoyable & successful. And that's without catching anything. Which is almost always the way it goes.
Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.

I think it could be a neat technology. Definitely a bit pricey at the moment. Other concerns would be the speed of the whole process and the line size limitations. Not many folks are throwing flouro that small. If you are, you are probably not too worried about hooking a giant and getting broke off. Lastly, I'm assuming the weld is ridged. How does that impact the action of the lure? Particularly in soft plastics? Every time something new comes out people will have a million reasons why it's not needed. Only time will tell whether they are valid.
