Thanks. It's nice to have a pond 2 min from house to scratch that itch when I can't take the kayak out. It holds 6 pound bass.

What is the weight on that rod? Nice reel. I have a 9 with a big Abel reel that I built for Blues while I lived in NH. That one will handle a big bass.
