My tilt trim is leaking badly and it non repairable. What about the C M C tilt trim units?

A little pricey but a good alternative. You might request a good used one here. I have bought 3 or 4 on TFF.

I bought the larger CMC for my Tohatsu last year and it works great. I did a nationwide craigslist search and found one cheap from Minnesota. When it came in, it was still new in the box.

What about a hydraulic jack plate instead of a tilt trim how would that work?

A jack plate does a different job. Will not keep the bow down or raise the bow for more speed.

I would close my eyes and buy the PT 35 on e-bay for 550.00 shipped.

Gary your a wise man and helpful. Do you think that any mods. will have to be done? Will it change how the boat operates for the motor to set back a little?
