Any reports of dandies running in Lewisville, Raybob, Lavon, Hubbard, Joe Pool etc. it should be happening anytime I would think.

It's still a little early. I'm sure some are being caught in the creeks and rivers but give it another week and it should pick up. I looked at my fishing log from last year and it didn't get crazy at my local lake until mid march. That's not to say I didn't catch any prior.
Some local creeks are currently holding sandies.

Got shut out on sister grove creek above Lavon. 1st time I ever tried that spot. Anybody got any spots that have a few fish? Was going to try the river between Lavon and Hubbard next.

Got a few in the creek today but it is still early. All males 13 inches and bigger. Took all day to get em but it is slowly happening

Been getting some big ones in the creeks this week, Crappie were hitting hard today. This rain coming should make the run crazy.

Fished below Lavon yesterday above 78 bridge under the little waterfall. Some fish there but definitely wasn't fast and furious. Lots of people there too. Don't think they are running full steam yet.
