Bought an Xi5 with pinpoint last september. Love it. Remote with anchor position is money. never even used the wireless foot pedal....until the remote went out yesterday in a sunday morning tournament....lol having always used cable driven foot pedals, the digital drive was challenging especially in the wind! Good news is I called Motorguide with the remote issue, 5 minutes later they were sending a new remote!!! Love Motorguide!

that's awesome news! i just installed one of these on my boat, love it. foot pedal took a sec, but once i started thinking about it like jogging instead of steering, everything was great.
I should order a backup remote right noW!
