....Can anyone explain the pattern of sandies, where the typically school (flats, humps, etc). Have experience with them spawning in creeks but just go a boat and would like to find them out ont eh main lake or at least know the patterns to do some research on.
Thanks in advance

Most up the creeks and rivers spawning now. Should be back in main lake in a week to 10 days. Look on humps and ridges . I like 24 to 27 ft on Eagle Mountain. Johnny

Johnny Which creeks do they go into on EM? I was getting them on the main lake last week but I'm wondering if I should chase them in the rivers when I go out tomorrow. Any suggestions?

Thanks Johnny. The plan was to book a trip right before I got a boat but got the boat before booking a trip!...House is pretty close to the lake so will be taking your advice this weekend. Already planned on a couple after work stops at the creek this week to see if they are in there yet.
Appreciate all the feedback you give on the forum, I see some guides giving out helpful info but most seem not to and I usually search your posts/responses for good quality information.

The river has been holding good numbers of fish for the past three weeks.

The only river that runs into eagle mountain is the trinity. Several creeks but only one river. Johnny

Go as far back as you can in the creeks right now, or try some of the submerged sandbars on the lake and you should find fish. Wind blowing on them is a plus... The gap between the island sometimes holds fish.
If you can find them shallow rooster tails, road runners, and shallow cranks will be dynamite. Been catching high numbers of fish doing this lately.
