 Is stillhouse hollow on yet or am I late? white bass

I kayaked, trolled and just fan cast last year around the western bridge of stillhouse (3481)and headed further up the Lampasas towards gravel crossing. I did alright. Anyways I need to get my coworkers on the boss' boat but I wanna be sure they are running. Don't have sonar to find the schools under birds and slab fish deep.
Is it turning on soon, on, or should I just focus on cats and smallies?
Thanks for advice.
