Thinking about getting in there tomorrow, anyone put in at the 380 bridge? Vehicles safe? 2016 google maps has that creek flooding the west side into fishtrap rd... so thats how those two big ponds got fish in them I reckon.

3 or 4 vehicles over there, thats about all the parking there is unless you have 4x4. Water is up to the base of the bridge. Considering the wind today is was a really nice paddle. Once you got up in there it was typical creek paddling, like glass for the most part. Water is like choclate milk. Bank fishermen on the east side well up in there, 3-4 different groups. Took 3 hrs to paddle up to pecan/little elm creek split, super casual fishing the entire time. Paddle back took just under a hour, actually worked up a sweat.

Plan was to not go that far up but to jig submerged timber, that quickly fell through before I got going due to not 1 but 2 dead batteries. So pissed, almost called off putting in, but figured I drove up from carrollton so might as well get a paddle in and who knows I might got lucky and blindly pulled a hawg out from somewhere.

No fish but did see a big coyote on the waters edge, didnt get pics cause my phone was put up.

I hear theres good fishing in there when the times right.
